At Health Service 2 You, we believe allied health support should be practical, individualised and meaningful. Our clinicians work collaboratively with clients, families and care teams to understand each person’s goals, needs and everyday circumstances.

We provide evidence-based and person-centred care, while respecting each client’s preferences, values and cultural background.

We generally respond to new referrals and enquiries within 1 business day, with Support at Home reports typically completed within 7 business days of assessment.

We provide home-visiting allied health services across Sydney, supporting clients in their own homes.

Access Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Dietetics through one allied health provider.

Experienced in supporting older people and people with disability through NDIS and Support at Home.

Services are available in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Our clinicians bring professional knowledge and practical experience to deliver high-quality, evidence-based allied health support.

We welcome referrals from Support at Home providers, NDIS Support Coordinators, Case Managers, health professionals, clients and families.
