Sarah Li
Director / Principal Occupational Therapist
Sarah is an experienced occupational therapist with extensive experience supporting people with physical, neurological and intellectual disabilities across the NDIS, aged care and rehabilitation settings. As Principal Occupational Therapist, she brings broad clinical expertise in complex functional assessments, assistive technology, home modifications, and housing and care needs assessments.
Sarah is passionate about improving clients’ independence, safety and participation in everyday life. She has extensive experience supporting clients with SDA, SIL and ILO assessments and recommendations, and also has a background in paediatric occupational therapy, supporting children with autism and developmental delays through functional, family-centred intervention.

Shaun
Senior Occupational Therapist
Shaun is an experienced occupational therapist specialising in supporting adults and older adults with physical and neurological conditions. He has worked across community, residential aged care and neurological rehabilitation settings, with a strong focus on promoting independence, safety and quality of life.
Shaun has extensive experience in complex home modifications, functional assessments and NDIS housing assessments, including SIL, SDA and ILO. With qualifications in occupational therapy and rehabilitation therapy, he brings a practical, evidence-based and culturally responsive approach to developing solutions that support clients in their homes and communities.

Christine
Occupational Therapist
Christine is a dedicated occupational therapist experienced in supporting children and adults in the community, including clients accessing the NDIS and aged care services. She has a particular interest in working with children with autism and developmental delays using a strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming approach.
Christine has additional training in sensory processing and regulation and supports clients to develop practical skills for participation at home, school and in the community. She values close collaboration with families, carers and other professionals to provide functional, person-centred interventions that support meaningful goals and greater independence.

Pauline
Occupational Therapist
Pauline is an experienced occupational therapist with over seven years of clinical experience supporting young children with developmental delays and disabilities under the NDIS. She specialises in early intervention and uses a holistic, play-based approach to support children’s development, participation and independence in everyday activities.
Pauline is passionate about evidence-based, family-centred practice and works collaboratively with families, caregivers and support teams to develop meaningful goals tailored to each child’s needs. She is currently undertaking a PhD, further developing her knowledge and expertise in paediatric occupational therapy.

Katie
Occupational Therapist
Katie is an occupational therapist with experience supporting older adults across residential aged care and community settings. She works with Support at Home clients, providing occupational therapy assessments and recommendations to support their safety, independence and participation in everyday activities.
Katie takes a client-centred and practical approach to therapy, working collaboratively with clients, families and care teams to understand individual needs and identify appropriate strategies, assistive equipment and environmental supports to help clients remain safe and independent at home.

Scarlett
Occupational Therapist
Scarlett is an occupational therapist with experience supporting clients across both NDIS and Support at Home settings. She currently works with older adults in the community, providing occupational therapy assessments and recommendations to support their safety, independence and participation in everyday activities.
Scarlett takes a practical and person-centred approach, working collaboratively with clients, families and care teams to identify individual needs and recommend appropriate strategies, assistive technology and environmental supports to help clients remain safe and independent at home.
