Our physiotherapists provide mobile assessments and treatment across Sydney, supporting older people and people with disability to improve their mobility, strength, balance and physical function.

We provide mobility and falls assessments, exercise programs, rehabilitation, pain management, strength and balance training, and mobility aid assessment and prescription.

Our physiotherapists assess clients’ mobility, walking, balance, transfers and falls risk to identify factors affecting their safety and independence at home and in the community.

Recommendations may include falls prevention strategies, mobility and transfer training, exercises and other strategies to support safer everyday movement.

Our physiotherapists provide individualised exercise and rehabilitation programs to improve or maintain strength, balance, mobility, flexibility, endurance and overall physical function.

Programs are tailored to clients’ abilities and goals and may support recovery following illness, injury, surgery or periods of reduced mobility.

Our physiotherapists assess pain and physical limitations affecting clients’ mobility and everyday activities and provide appropriate strategies to support comfort, function and independence.

Where required, physiotherapists can also assess and recommend suitable mobility aids, such as walking sticks, walking frames and four-wheel walkers, and provide education on their safe use.
