Sarah Li
Director / Principal Occupational Therapist
Sarah is an experienced and compassionate occupational therapist who has supported individuals with physical, neurological, and intellectual disabilities across a variety of settings, including the NDIS, aged care, and workplace rehabilitation. As the Principal OT of the team, Sarah brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and leadership to her role.
She is passionate about maximising independence and safety at home through assistive technology, home modifications, life skills training, and client and carer education. Sarah has extensive experience assisting individuals to access appropriate accomdoationg and supports, including SDA, SIL, and ILO.
Sarah also has a background in paediatric therapy, providing intervention for children with autism and developmental delays using a DIR/Floortime-informed approach. She is skilled in conducting both sensory and motor assessments to inform functional, family-centred therapy plans.

Shaun
Senior Occupational Therapist
Shaun is an experienced occupational therapist with a strong passion for supporting adults and older adults with physical and neurological conditions to maintain their independence, safety, and quality of life. He holds a Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Rehabilitation Therapy from China.
Shaun has extensive experience working across community and residential aged care settings, as well as in neurological rehabilitation. He is highly skilled in conducting complex home modifications, and completing specialist assessments including SIL, SDA, and ILO functional assessments under the NDIS.
With a client-centred and culturally responsive approach, Shaun is committed to delivering practical, evidence-based solutions that enhance day-to-day living for seniors and people with disability.

Rujun
Senior Occupational Therapist
Rujun is an occupational therapist who specialises in upper limb rehabilitation following stroke and other neurological conditions. With a background in inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and community-based roles, Rujun brings a wealth of clinical experience to her work with adults and older adults.
She supports clients under both the NDIS and Home Care Package (HCP) schemes, offering goal-oriented therapy that focuses on restoring function, improving independence, and enhancing quality of life. Rujun is skilled in evidence-based upper limb interventions, and works closely with clients and their support networks to tailor therapy to individual needs.
Her calm, compassionate approach helps clients feel supported throughout their recovery journey, whether in the home, community, or transitional care settings.

Pauline
Occupational Therapist
Pauline is a highly experienced occupational therapist with over seven years of clinical experience supporting young children with developmental delays and disabilities under the NDIS. She specialises in early intervention and takes a holistic, play-based approach that empowers children and their families to build skills for everyday life.
Pauline is currently pursuing a PhD, further deepening her understanding of best practices in paediatric occupational therapy. She is passionate about evidence-based, family-centred care and works closely with caregivers and support teams to create meaningful, achievable goals tailored to each child.
Pauline’s calm and thoughtful presence, combined with her depth of knowledge, make her a trusted partner in early childhood development.

Christine
Occupational Therapist
Christine is a dedicated occupational therapist who works with both children and adults in the community under the NDIS. She has a particular interest in supporting children with autism and developmental delays, using a strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming approach. Christine also has experience working with older adults with a range of physical needs under the Home Care Package (HCP) program.
She has completed training in The Traffic Jam in My Brain, deepening her understanding of sensory processing and regulation strategies. Christine is passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful goals in their everyday lives, whether at home, school, or in the community.
Christine values collaboration with families, support networks, and other professionals to ensure therapy is functional, person-centred, and empowering.

Accredited Practising Dietitian
Sherry is an experienced dietitian with a strong background in clinical nutrition, health education, and nutritional counselling. She has worked across a range of healthcare settings, supporting individuals with diverse nutritional needs. She is skilled in providing tailored advice for chronic disease management, weight concerns, gastrointestinal issues, and healthy ageing.
Sherry takes a compassionate, evidence-based approach to nutrition, empowering clients to make sustainable, informed choices that support their health and wellbeing.
