Health Service 2 You is a team of experienced allied health professionals focused on delivering person-centered and evidence-based services to help our clients achieve more independence, better health and greater quality of life. We provide home-based therapy and visit clients at their own home, or in other care environments.
All our therapists are registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and we specialise in working with people with disability and older people in the community through National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Home Care Packages (HCP), and Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC) Programme.
